Terms of Service

General Disclaimers/info
- You will receive your Emote(s) in both .gif and .mov formats at 2000xp, 1000xp, 500px and at the highest resolution less then 1 MB for Twitch usage.
- Additional file formats and sizes can be provided upon request, however 2000px is the highest resolution available currently.Payment
- Payment will be made upfront via Paypal Invoice using GBP.
- You can cancel the commission within 24 hours of paying the invoice for a full refund. Cancellations made after the initial 24 hour period won't be eligible for a refund and full payment will be required.Client Requests
- Provide character reference image that isn't cropped above the waist and with hands visible. If this cannot be done, multiple reference images (eg. Head ref + Outfit ref) are also acceptable - though a request to not send more than two to not over complicate the process.
- I do not design characters through this service, do not request this of me here.Updates & Turnaround Time
- All Updates will be conducted over email: via [email protected]
- Turn around can be up to one month for a single Emote. Likely up to two months for a batch order.Edits & Corrections
- Any/All requests to change colours at any point are free of charge.
- I will correct any minor animation or colouring errors you find in your commission also free of charge.
- Bigger changes during the commission such as a request to completely change outfit or hairstyle will cost extra.Rights & Distribution
- I have the right to post my finished work online. If you wish to keep the commission private let me know via the form or email.
- There are additional upcharges for commercial uses. Let me know what you have planned so I can charge accordingly. (I do not consider use as Twitch Emotes to be commercial, unless you are part of an agency).
